December 2007, London - PUMA reveal the new collection of men’s sunglasses for Spring/Summer 2008. Showcasing a unique range of frames that combine the sports heritage of PUMA with a strong fashion focus, the specs available for the summer season offer a look to suit everyone.

The diverse range offers a multitude of shapes and styles, from the retro-urban designs for the fashion conscious to the motor sport inspired models for sports enthusiasts.

The aviator inspired ‘Wazup’ design from PUMA is available in three different colours for 2008 – black, grey and brown. Adapted from last years popular model, this new frame consists of a horn patterned design, giving these sunnies an edgy new look.

Featuring a chrome frame with blue tinted lenses, the sporty looking design from PUMA’s unique motorsport collection is also available in three additional shades.

These motorsport inspired frames feature checkered flag detailing along the temples giving these specs a racy feel. The wraparound frames are perfect for those with an active lifestyle.

The distinctive retro look offered from the ‘Calexico’ design are sure to make a statement for summer 08. The thick aviator frame gives the wearer a fantastic bold look for those wanting to make a statement.

Priced from £55 the latest range can be purchased from The Charmant Group. For more information please contact Alexis Day on +44 0207 426 0616 - alexis@balancepr.com

Neat to see the Puma shades for 2008. But to be honest, I've never been a huge fan of their sunglasses - to me they've seemed too "sporty" and not fashionable enough, a little too much to the pure sports side of things and not enough of that urban-street-sport feel. And a little to 'plastic-y" looking, better suited to the beach volleyball scene laugh.gif (no offense to beach volleyballers here wink.gif ).

But I am digging that first pair - the aviator-inspired ones. That's more like it!!!

Couldn't agree more with you bro!

I've never been a fan of PUMA accessories such as time piece & shades... some are nice, but the majority are just off... in regards to the shades, their more for an "outdoorsy" type of fella...

I personally don't see these shades going anywhere... the red shades look like Diesel shades - I don't know, Im' totally not feeling any of them. I'd love to see PUMA "retro" shades - like this;
